Monday 16th January has been given the infamous title “Blue Monday”, due to a combination of post-Christmas blues, cold dark nights and the arrival of inevitable unpaid credit card bills.
The date was supposedly calculated by a university professor using a number of factors, including: weather conditions, debt level (the difference between debt accumulated and our ability to pay), time since Christmas, failing new year’s resolutions, low motivational levels and the feeling of a need to take action.
With this in mind, Breyer have created a Cost-of-Living booklet for our clients to share with their residents during this otherwise gloomy time of year.
