Breyer’s repair team has recently won a significant new contract with social enterprise, charity and Housing Association, Home Group.
Valued at £11.2m with the potential to rise to £15m per year, the works will include responsive repairs, void and planned projects across 10,000 properties based within London and the South East.
We’re currently in the mobilisation stages of the contract, which comprises 3 Lots. Lot 1 Greater London North features circa 4,200 properties; Lot 2 Greater London South covers circa 1,400 properties; and the Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) includes circa 4,400 properties. The contract is initially set for 5 years with extensions that could stretch works to 10 years.

“This is an important new win for Breyer so we are working hard to get the right people and structures in place as we look to accommodate the needs of this new client. While we’ll be running the contract from our Headquarters in Romford, as well as existing offices in Dedham, Dartford and Orpington, we will also be opening two new premises in the Harrow and Thornton Heath areas for call centre staff and operatives to work from. Go live dates are set for early November for the first two Lots and early December for the WOS. We look forward to meeting and exceeding the client’s expectations once we get started.”
