We confirm the high level inspection has now been carried out by the Client
Representative with the scaffolding taken down to the first level as necessary.
Communal decoration continues and the new floor covering to communal walkway and
private balconies is due to start week commencing Monday 13th February 2017. We
anticipate this block to be completed within the next 3 to 4 weeks.
