  • Block 47-85 Lawrie Park Gardens

    Roofing works are 100% complete.
    Concrete and brickwork repairs are 100% complete.
    Window surveys are 95% complete.
    Window overhauls are 95% complete.
    Painting and decoration is almost complete, however an additional instruction has been received from the Client Representative for additional paint work which is now in place. Scaffolding strike is 40% complete.
    Communal front entrance doors anticipated completion early May 2017.

  • Block 1-29 Sheenewood

    Concrete repairs are 100% complete.

    Window installations are now 85% complete.

    Roofing is complete.

    High level and ground level inspections have now been completed by the Client Representative.
    Communal front entrance doors anticipated completion early May 2017.

    Replacements of fascia & soffits have been completed ahead of schedule.

    Window installations are 90% complete.

    Concrete and brickwork repairs are 99% complete.
    Flower box repair works has commenced and is 95% complete.
    Painting and decoration is 100% complete
    Roof level inspection has now been completed by the Client Representative. Scaffolding strike at high level is 5% complete.
    Communal front entrance doors anticipated completion early May 2017.

    All other works programmed are ahead of schedule.

    Window Installations are 100% complete.
    Painting and decoration is 100% complete.
    Concrete and brickwork repairs are 100% complete.
    High level inspection has now been carried out by the Client Representative. Communal front entrance doors anticipated completion early May 2017. .

    High level and ground level inspections have now been completed by the Client Representative.

    Roofing works are 75% complete.

    Window Installations are 95% complete, outstanding installation is subject to access requirements.
    Concrete and brickwork repairs are 100% complete.
    High level inspection has now been completed by the Client Representative. Communal front entrance doors anticipated completion early May 2017.

  • Block 119-147 Dartmouth Road

    We are pleased to inform you that work is now well underway.
    Scaffolding is fully in place and 100% complete
    Concrete and brickwork repairs are now 60% complete.
    Window installations are well underway with at least 50% having been completed now. Decoration has started and currently 10% of the work has been completed.

    The additional roof work instructed is now 95% complete, outstanding work on chimney stacks is to be completed.
    Window surveys are now 95% complete.
    Window installations are now 95% complete.
    Concrete and brickwork repairs are 100% complete.
    Painting and decoration is 100% complete.
    Overall works are now 99% complete, with high level inspection by the Client Representative due shortly.
    Communal front entrance doors anticipated completion early May 2017.

    Roofing works are 100% complete.
    Window surveys are 95% complete.
    Window installations are 95% complete.
    Concrete and brickwork repairs are 100% complete.
    Painting and decoration is 100% complete.
    High level inspection has now been completed by the Client Representative. Communal front entrance doors anticipated completion early May 2017.

  • Block 44-61 Mercator Road

    We confirm the high level inspection has now been carried out by the Client
    Representative with the scaffolding taken down to the first level as necessary.
    Communal decoration continues and the new floor covering to communal walkway and
    private balconies is due to start week commencing Monday 13th February 2017. We
    anticipate this block to be completed within the next 3 to 4 weeks.
