Update On Works

You may or may not have noticed but Tony Phillips our Site Manager has taken a temporary leave of absence and in his place I would like to introduce you to Steven Smith who will be covering Tony until his return. Steven’s contact details are on the left of this page along with his photo. Welcome Steven.

We are happy to report that although we lost some days due to heavy rain late last month, we are on course to catch up with our current work schedule, and will endeavour to complete the works in August to programme.

Please see below our updated schedule of our balustrade replacement programme.

Block 150 - 180

Private balconies have been replaced.

The communal balconies have been replaced.

Block 246 - 268

Private balconies have been replaced.

Replacement of the communal balconies will commence as of Tuesday 1st July 2014.

Block 334 - 356

Commencing Thursday 26th June.

Block 358 - 380

Commencing Thursday 19th June.

Block 382 - 404

Commencing from Thursday 19th June.

Works to each block will take approximately 1 week to complete.

Respite Facility

Should you wish to take a break, please make use of our respite facility that is available to you at the rear of Block 382 – 404 Wood Vale.
