As you may already be aware, we recently carried out a high level survey of your building. This was a joint inspection by Breyer Group, Lewisham Homes’ consultants Baily Garner and Lewisham Homes. This inspection was carried out to fully determine the condition of the block.
We are now in the process of agreeing a revised scope of works with Lewisham Homes and their consultants. This revised schedule will enable us to bring the condition of the building up to current Decent Homes standard.
A drop in session will be organised in the forthcoming weeks, this forum will offer you the opportunity to discuss the proposed works and also raise any queries that you may have with the Lewisham Homes and Breyer Group teams. We will write to you shortly to confirm the venue, the time and date of this meeting.
With regard to the goodwill gesture mentioned in our last correspondence this is now being processed and cheques will be delivered within the next 14 days.
