    External Refurbishment programme due to complete July/Augst 2017

    Ariel Court: Part scaffolding to be completed and handed over before Christmas and some concrete repair surveys to be undertaken. Concrete repairs will be completed after Christmas.

    Falstaff Court: Scaffold front and rear elevations completed and awaiting handover. Concrete repair surveys to be completed and will be underway following Christmas break.
