Welcome to our second monthly newsletter here is an update on the planned works for your estate.

Your Resident Liason Officer will be your first port of cal for any queries you may have about the works.

The pilot / show flat has now been completed and is ready for your viewing, please come along and see the works Breyer will be carriong out on Vauxhall Gardens Estate. The address of our show flat is 23 Arrowsmith House and viewing times are between 9 am and 4 pm. Please contact your RLOs to make an appointment.

Various surveys have been carried out and currently being reviewed in preparation for when works commence in October.

If you are yet to make an appointment for a survey to be carried out in your home please call our office: 0203 567 0912 or 0203 567 0913 a member of our team will be happy to assist you.

Kitchen Designs and Colour Choices are on-going throughout the Estate, if you haven't yet chosen your colours or design then contact your Resident Liason Officer who will be happy to make an appointment or take you to the show flat to give you a better idea of what choices are available.

To all residents on Malmsey House, storage containers will be set up on the green adjacent to the building and playground.

For Safety and Security

Building sites mean works are in progress and this can sometimes mean that bogus callers try to gain entry to your home by claiming to be contractors working on the estate. Breyer oparatives wear photo ID Badges with details of the operative's name and job, and the blue Breayer logo (see photo).

Don't let anyone in without this ID and if you are still not sure, contact your RLO or Site Manager. Any of our bona-fide workers will be happy to wait while you check.

Please ensure that children and pets do not run free near the works. We always aim to complete the works to the satisfaction of all concerned and this can only be achieved with the full support and co-operation of everyone.

Please follow any advice that Breyer Group operatives give you about safety on the site.
