Progress to date

Since we started the internal (Kitchen, Electrics and Bathroom) works at Paulet Road Estate, we are pleased to say works have progressed very well.


We currently have 32 homes that have now been completed and handed over to the resident.


We have 32 homes that are booked in to have these essential works done, in the next few weeks.


We can confirm that works start on the last homes on 24 July and work will be completed on or around 13 August.


We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your help, patience and co- operation during the works in progress.


We will be posting resident satisfaction surveys to gather feedback on this project once the works have been done, please kindly return these to your contractors’ RLOs Kevin Smith or Marcia Whittaker.

Progress meetings


We will still hold a planned monthly progress meeting for these works. The aim of these meetings is to answer any questions or concerns that may accrue relating to the works in progress.


If residents wish to attend the first 30 minutes of the progress meeting and discuss matters regarding the internal programme, please kindly contact Lambeth customer liaison officer Karreene Brown on

The meeting location space is limited and therefore we will be operating on a first come, first served basis, for residents to attend the meeting.

Reporting defects after the completion of work


The works to your home are guaranteed for 12 months after completion. If you have any issues to do with these works during this period, then please contact Kevin Smith from Breyers who will do his upmost to resolve the defect in a timely manner.


If the defect is an emergency or is out of hours, then please contact Lambeth Council Repairs help line on 0207 926 6000 and ask to be put through to the Repairs department.

Working hours

Our contractors’ working hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. It is unlikely that we will need to do any work in the evenings or at weekends. If we ever do need to work unusual hours, we will seek the permission of Lambeth Council and we will let you know if it affects you or your home before we start work. We have a site office compound on Evandale Road, for any immediate concerns.
