We love it when our residents are happy with our work and it is truly rewarding when the feedback we receive is 10 out of 10 across the board, as it has been at one of our Roofing projects recently.
Residents of Chapel Lane in Godalming, Surrey, had their roofs replaced by our expert Roofing team back in August. With continuous improvement in mind, we subsequently asked them how they felt about their experiences with us through a Resident Satisfaction Survey. The responses were overwhelmingly positive, with the majority giving 10 out of 10 to all six questions featured in the survey.
Some of the residents were kind enough to add a few words of their own in the comments section at the bottom of the questionnaire. One resident said of the work, “The team went above and beyond.”
While another said, “I have given 10 plus because the team were beyond excellent! Thank you all.”
