Two new big Contract wins in Breyer Construction Division

In a great start to the New Year Breyer Group have won two new contracts in the South East of England Hanover Housing Association and Places for People Homes.

  • Hanoveris a specialist provider of high quality, affordable homes and services for over 55’s. Due to start in April the team under Construction Director, John Walsh are already starting to mobilise to deliver £3m of work in the first year.

    The contract is estimated to be worth C£40m over 10 years and covers East Anglia, Essex, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Hertfordshire.

    John Walsh commented, “This is the first specialist provider of homes for over 55’s that Breyer have worked with and we are excited about to be a part of their plans for the future.”
  • Places for People is made up of more than 20 specialist companies, each working to build sustainable communities. Like Hanover work is due to start in April and expected to be c£6m in the first year.

    Worth nearly around £70m over a 10 year framework we will be responsible for Major Works across the South of England from Cornwall to Norfolk and Kent to Herefordshire.
