Started in April 2015, the £7.5m Roofing and Planned Maintenance Contract with Stevenage Borough Council is now approaching completion 4 months ahead of the scheduled time. We are now in the process of agreeing an extension of the contract for further works to be carried out for approximately £2m.

The works include flat and pitch roofing to street properties roofing, guttering renewals, external decorations, fencing, and renewal to canopies, asbestos removals and allotment renovations.

"Many thanks to Jon Davies, Mark Plant and the entire site team for the work put into this contract making it a very successful hassle free project.  After being in the construction industry for almost 43 years, I must say you are one of the best if not the best contractors I have had the privilege to work with. The standard of work Breyer have produced is second to none and Health and Safety as always been to a high standard" said Paul Hoenes, Project Officer at Stevenage Borough Council.

According to the feedback collected from the Residents of the renovated properties, we exceeded expectations achieving a 100% resident satisfaction.

Within this 2-years contract Breyer Group employed 3 apprentices and 1 trainee, and had a total of 35 people working on the project which involved approximately 2,645 houses and bungalows.
