Having Residents’ satisfaction at the centre of what we do, Breyer Group values every comments and feedback given by stakeholders. From the start of our works until we complete and handover the property, and afterwards we thrive to provide a resident satisfaction survey to capture Residents’ feedback. This helps us to identify any areas for improvement.
Since 2016 we have been encouraging all the Residents of the properties we are working on in Lambeth to keep on leaving us feedback, in order for them to win a special prize.
All Resident Satisfaction Surveys (RSS) were collated, entered into a prize drawer, and picked at random by one of Breyer Group site staff.
The winner (see photo) was glad to receive the brand new 40inch flat screen TV at the doorstep of his property in Lambeth, London. This was presented by Sam Idriss, Breyer Group Senior Site Manager and Eve Lewis, our Administrator. Next Article
