On 10th May 2018 The Breyer Foundation are hosting a Boxing Dinner Show in conjunction with the East London Boxing Academy.
ELBA was established in 2012 following the conclusion of the Olympic Games and have grown to include members of all ages, race and gender. It is now one of the most successful boxing clubs in London, a direct result of their high quality and inspirational coaches.
There has been a great response to the invitations and we are delighted to announce that the event has now been sold out and looks as though it’s going to be a fantastic night. In total there will be 10 fights involving 10 different clubs from London, Essex, Cambridgeshire and Berkshire.
The Breyer Foundation was founded to make a difference to the lives of individuals in some of the most challenging and disadvantaged locations mainly in London and the southeast. All profits from the Boxing night will go to the Foundation and support this important work. Recent projects they have been involved in include:
- Sapphire Jubilee Community Centre – Provision of IT equipment for a Job Club
- Construction House, Specialist Trade Courses – Provision of a brickwork trade training facility
- The Cocoon London Borough of Havering, Children’s Services – IT equipment and software to support young people leaving care
- Social Skills Funding, Guiding – Support to a Guides Camp to develop social skills including for disadvantaged children
