Breyer Group secures a £40m, 5 year Planned Investment and Regeneration Major Works Programme

Breyer Group’s Construction Division were appointed by Affinity Sutton Group to deliver Lot 1 of their Planned Investment and Regeneration Programme under a PPC2000 Form of Contract.

Lot 1 housing stock is located in Bromley, Lewisham, Croydon and surrounding areas and comprises of approximately 16,000 properties in a relatively small geographical area. The housing stock is made up of 6,000 houses and 10,000 flats with approximately 2,000 properties being owned by Leaseholders and Share-Owners.

The programme has an overall value of £8,000,000 per annum for 5 years and commenced in June 2014.
