Tower Hamlets is an inner city London Borough situated to the east of the city, and has the fastest growth rate and highest incidence of overcrowding in London. Over 25% of the population is of Bengali origin along with three other significant populations; Somali, Vietnamese and Cantonese.
We appointed Hasnath Miah, a bi-lingual Customer Liaison Officer to the contract to liaise with residents and building users about the works and address any concerns that they may have.
Following a detailed evaluation process comprising a quality submission, a pricing exercise and an interview of our proposed Project Team, Breyer Roofing were appointed to the contract.
The works primarily comprised the renewal of flat roof coverings and all associated works to commercial property, public buildings of all types, and occupied residential properties.
