Project Brief

Breyer Roofing had built up a strong relationship with London Borough of Tower Hamlets providing high quality, flat roofing solutions through individually tendered schemes and the London Housing Consortium (LHC) Schedule of Rates.

Tower Hamlets is an inner city London Borough situated to the east of the city, and has the fastest growth rate and highest incidence of overcrowding in London. Over 25% of the population is of Bengali origin along with three other significant populations; Somali, Vietnamese and Cantonese.

We appointed Hasnath Miah, a bi-lingual Customer Liaison Officer to the contract to liaise with residents and building users about the works and address any concerns that they may have.

Following a detailed evaluation process comprising a quality submission, a pricing exercise and an interview of our proposed Project Team, Breyer Roofing were appointed to the contract.
