We have an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) which provides a confidential 24 Hour helpline to support staff with a range of issues including stress and anxiety, legal information, financial wellbeing and addiction.

Staff are entitled to eye care vouchers and a trade discount card on DIY products.

Through “Refer a Friend”, our peer referral scheme, employees can help us further develop our talented team by recommending external candidates for employment. If your referral is successful and meets our eligibility criteria you could earn a reward of £500.
