Compliments from Residents
We are always respectful of Resident’s feedback, good or bad, to help us improve our service.
When our Residents take the time and effort to compliment us it really makes the job worthwhile.
Here are some examples from the last few days:
I would just like to thank you all for your response to my out of hours emergency call last night. I rang just after 7.30pm, regarding a bad water leak under the kitchen sink. I spoke to Paul, who was extremely helpful, and said someone would be out within 2 hours. Forty minutes later, your Plumber turned up, and in fact found 2 leaks. He was extremely polite and professional, and managed to completely fix the leaks. I can't tell you how relieved my husband and I were, especially as we are disabled, and just didn't know what we could manage to do. We would like to thank-you very much for such a brilliant service.

The resident called following the operatives visit to say she was extremely happy with the works. He did all that was required and was on his hands and knees cleaning up after the works, she has not been well so it was much appreciated and the carpet was cleaner after he left that it was before he arrived.

Very happy with the work Tony Strange did and he was polite and courteous and left the property tidy.
Just taken a call from the tenant at Wigton Road. She said she never calls to compliment workers but is over the moon with both Danny Beckford and Mark Cross for the work and how they were with her children.
Tony called from Rodney Way and he could not praise Marc Vella enough for attending today. He said it was a pleasure to meet him & he is the best operative he has met from Breyer.
He said it has lifted his spirits and made him feel a lot safer in his home.
Phone call from the tenants of Colne Drive to say how great Romica was and thank us for his workmanship, she was very please indeed.
Call from tenant of Lewisham Hill – “I’m very happy with my new windows”.
Received from tenant of Handen Road – “Quick and efficient, adequate protection used, polite. Good work. Thank you”.
