We have developed a design, construction and aftercare approach that stands for quality based on a set of quality management guiding principles which operate in conjunction with our ISO certified standard. We call it the Customer Driven Quality and Project Management (CDQPM) system.
The CDQPM system combines proven techniques of quality, management, continuous improvement and performance management through the effective application of technology, measurement and human resources. CDQPM is the Breyer methodology; a structured set of tools and techniques for customer-driven design, organisation and delivery. In other words, it is a business system to analyse, plan, implement and evaluate a project or programme to ensure customer satisfaction by putting quality at the heart of everything we do.
