We have an impressive track record of working with Local Authorities and RSL’s in partnering and framework agreements. We have been involved in a large number of these initiatives that have delivered a workload of some £300 million. Projects have ranged from small street property refurbishment schemes through to comprehensive, multi-phase estate regeneration programmes.

Making a difference to local communities is a genuine priority for us. Our Community Development team has extensive experience of encouraging resident involvement by organising community initiatives and promoting events such as fun days and careers fairs. Our Resident Liasion Team plays a key part in making these events a success, and have the best interests of local people at the heart of everything they do.
