We are well established as a leading internal and external refurbishment contractor within the Affordable Housing (including Decent Homes programmes), Health, Emergency and Prison Services and Retail sectors. In the education field, our involvement in ‘Building Schools for the Future’ framework agreements contributes some 40% of our turnover.

Our contracts are handled by a dedicated Construction division that focuses on projects from £250,000 to £20 million. We have formed invaluable partnerships with clients, material and service suppliers, and specialist sub contractors in areas such as window and cladding replacement, kitchen and bathroom refurbishment, and concrete repair.
