New Build

New build accounts for a significant and growing aspect of our business and we have established a strong portfolio of Local Authority, Housing Association and private sector clients through the traditional tender and design and build procurement routes. We have built up a dedicated in-house Architectural and Design team to manage, coordinate and control all aspects of the design process from planning to project completion. Through the strong partnerships we’ve developed in the New Build sector we are busy promoting sustainable building solutions through the use of innovative products and materials that offer long-term environmental benefits.

Refurbishment

Grand designs and major new build projects are high profile examples of how the Breyer Group is making a lasting difference to the people and communities we serve. Our business also provides a positive social contribution through refurbishment programmes ranging from small street property upgrades to far-reaching, £multi-million phased estate regeneration programmes. We’ve recently won recognition through the Decent Homes initiative, working on behalf of a number of Local Authorities, ALMO’s and RSL’s. Our refurbishment teams are also fully resourced to deliver extensive planned and cyclical works, whilst our fast-track void programmes have the capacity to rapidly and significantly improve rental streams for clients and raise living standards for residents.
