Partnerships

Breyer’s philosophy towards Partnering is not just a buzzword or a comfortable negotiating tool, it’s a long-term commitment to our customers. A Partnering ethos cannot be delivered within a company overnight, the mindset and processes have to be developed over time and backed up with a commitment from the outset to completion.

We started this commitment a long time ago before partnering got a capital P. The process is well advanced, however, we are constantly learning, improving and evolving. By listening to our customer, we continually monitor and improve what we do, learning from all of our experiences, implementing best practise across our business, and sharing that best practise with our Partners in a true collaborative approach.

The Breyer Group have established a credible track record in projects carried out under Partnering arrangements and have a strategic operations resource structure in place to offer our Clients based on their expertise, qualifications, experience, and commitment to long-term Partnering. This expertise and ethos is used across all of our schemes as our business approach.

The following organisations are our Partners and share our commitment to procurement through a Partnering approach. We pride ourselves in the way relationships and continual efficiencies are maintained and are pleased to be working with, and continue working with, our Partners...

Breyer Group has a great deal of experience working in social housing refurbishment projects on a large number of Partnering Frameworks.

The experiences gained from our framework agreements has enhanced our approach across all other areas of our business, including our new build projects; specifically aimed at aiding the regulatory code requirements.  As a business, we partner fully with over 16 clients to deliver projects through collaborative forms of contract, mainly PPC2000 and ECC- NEC forms B and C.  We are also highly experienced in delivering projects under JCT and GC/Works forms of contracts.

Throughout our time working within the public sector we have developed a whole range on in-house construction expertise delivered by integrated teams for Design Co-ordination, Cost Management, Programme Management, Procurement, Quality Management, Project Management, Health & Safety Management, Environmental Management, Resident Liaison, Community Development and Customer Care. All of these integrated teams are based locally in our Romford Head Quarters building and are available to be utilised on all of our projects.
