B-Line - Rapid Responsive Repairs & Maintenance Service

B-Line delivers a trackable, rapid response service in “REAL TIME” for the repairs and maintenance call-outs from our customers.

Our B-Line Response Division are on-hand 24 hours a day and are able to take calls direct from the customers and log them straight onto our specialist IT management system.
 This gives us the ability to offer an appointment at source and allocate the works to an operative, whilst the tenant is still on the telephone.

We offer this service in conjunction with our partnership arrangements with Local Authorities and RSL’s to deliver Responsive Maintenance and Reactive Voids Repairs, providing responsive repairs and maintenance to both primarily occupied residential and public buildings.

All mobile repair units are equipped with PDA’s to record the progress of a repair, from order to completion. Real-time information is readily available on any repair through our Service Management and Opti-Time Software through a suite of management reports.

    SMS Text Reminder Alert for Customers, Email (Client/resident), Resident Login (Diary/Job Status) and Dedicated Website login access.

    CSCS Carded, Trade Qualified, Identity Checked, Uniformed Staff.

    PDA Signature linked into IT Systems, Registration Certification Upload ie. Fire Alarm System, Electrical Sign-Off, and Auto-generation of free service recall.
  • KPI Monitoring
    Software linked to stringent KPI Benchmarking.
  • PDA Tracking
    Allowing Repairs Works Manager to schedule an emergency repair to the nearest qualified operative.
  • “Opti-time”
    Increasing productivity by 20%, enabling dynamic re-scheduling of works orders, following the completion of each job. Updates are available to our operative PDA’s, with the next most efficient job to undertake, based on their skills, location and availability.
  • Direct Employment & Training of Local Labour
    We are actively involved in providing opportunities for local training and local employment in construction initiatives, with 80% of employees being directly employed on our projects.
    Breyer Group organise Local Employment initiatives, targeting local people for local jobs and we will provide one training place for each £750k of project spend.
