New Build
New build accounts for a significant and growing aspect of our business and we have established a strong portfolio of Local Authority, Housing Association and private sector clients through the traditional tender and design and build procurement routes. We have a dedicated in-house Design team to manage, coordinate and control all aspects of the design process from planning to project completion. We promote sustainable building solutions through the use of innovative products and materials that offer long-term environmental benefits.
Refurbishment
Our business provides a positive social contribution through refurbishment programmes ranging from small street property upgrades to phased estate regeneration programmes. We are recognised through the Decent Homes initiative, working on behalf of a number of Local Authorities, ALMO’s and RSL’s. Our refurbishment teams are fully resourced to deliver extensive planned and cyclical works, whilst our fast-track void programmes have the capacity to rapidly and significantly improve rental streams for clients and raise living standards for residents.
