Having secured a ‘Decent Homes’ Contract in August to carry out internal refurbishment to 800 properties within the borough, Breyer Group successfully completed a pilot programme involving properties from the north of the borough.
This pre-delivery approach enables all stakeholders to observe first-hand the level of service and added value provided by Breyer Group. It also establishes a benchmark for quality of ‘service’ and ‘workmanship’ whilst identifying any areas that requiring tailoring to suit the needs of local residents.
After 6 successful weeks which included renewing kitchens, bathrooms, heating and electrical re-wiring Breyer Group handed back all the properties to their respective owners.
All of the residents are extremely satisfied with the work carried out by Breyer Group and its dedicated supply chain

During a hand-over of one the pilot properties Tony Harrison, Breyer Group Site Manager, is pictured presenting a £50 voucher to a local resident as a goodwill gesture and thanks for their cooperation throughout the works.
