We partner fully with over 40 clients, utilising our strategic operations resource, to deliver projects through collaborative forms of contract. The experience we have gained has enhanced our approach across all other areas of our business.
A comprehensive suite of partnering focussed KPI’s have been developed, which enable us to measure, benchmark and regularly report on our key commitments. These include; client and resident satisfaction using a 360 degree feedback process, added value innovations, environmental measures and quality management.
