Our approach is demographically linked to encourage the full inclusion of all minority groups, to enter into our training and employment schemes. We also link up with local voluntary schemes to improve homes and public amenities. Community Events
Our Community and Resident Liaison Teams involve local members of the communities we work in by organising a range of resident focussed events from our unique “Meet the Contractor events” to fun days, talent shows, school visits and seasonal celebrations. We promote cultural awareness by organising themed events, which celebrate the diversity within the community to break barriers and foster community spirit.
