We have collaboratively worked with key clients under the Technology Strategy Board’s Retrofit for the Future initiative to enable us to pilot retrofit and refurbishment solutions to social housing schemes to evaluate potential deep cuts in carbon emissions.
We have succeeded in achieving full grant funding for four projects delivered in partnership with Housing Associations including East Thames, A2 Dominion and Ascham Homes.
Our proposals utilise a whole house solution for retrofit refurbishment, using a multitude of fabric and renewable technologies.
Each project’s energy saving measures are monitored using smart metering, the outputs of which are reported regularly to the Energy Savings Trust.
