We ensure that each project proposal complies with the HCA Grant Funding requirements, Design and Quality Standards, HQI’s, and Local Authority Renewable Energy targets and the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 as a minimum but we are also delivering schemes to Code Level 5. These requirements are integrated to our proactive approach to designing in accordance with Building for Life, Lifetime Homes and Secure by Design Standards.
