We have received the accolade of two finalist awards for The Sustainability Award’s - Sustainable Refurbishment of the Year 2010 and Inside Housing’s - Waste Initiative of the Year 2010.
We are working with Government Organisations as part of pioneering Retrofit Programmes, including the Technology Strategy Board’s Retrofit for the Future Programme and have played a major role in the Decent Homes initiative, working on behalf of a number of Local Authorities, ALMO’s, RSL’s and Registered Providers.
Our refurbishment teams are fully resourced to deliver extensive planned and cyclical works, whilst our fast-track void programmes have the capacity to rapidly and significantly improve rental streams for clients and raise living standards for residents.
