The Breyer Leadership Programme

Our unique Breyer Leadership Programme seeks to develop a culture of “exceeding customer expectations” through addressing the challenges of an evolving construction environment, developing a new style of Breyer Group professional who has a complete set of thinking, consulting, service, leadership and partnership project management skills.

This is a 12 month/5 module externally facilitated leadership programme, with an annual intake of up to 48 staff. It is designed to be delivered to all current and potential people managers within our business.

The goal is to develop modern construction professionals and future Breyer Group leaders, who are capable of inspiring and delivering beyond customer expectations in challenging times.

This forward thinking programme is supported through assignments and one to one mentoring, which is centered on the individual. It focuses on how we as construction professionals can add value to our client’s business. Designed to meet current and future client needs, the aim is to enable Breyer Group to position itself as a leading constructor in the future.
