Training and Development
We have developed a strategic Training and Development Plan, with opportunities for promotion and training based on individual Personal Development Plans, which are implemented for all staff.
Our Head of Human Resources, Viv Lavis, is responsible for implementing the training needs of our work force. She coordinates a wide range of training courses, which are typically held at our in-house training suite at our Head Office or off-site at education establishments.
All our staff receive twice yearly appraisals/PDP’s, which form part of a process of managing performance, development and identifying requirements for training and progression.
