Staff Induction
Our Managing Director, Tim Breyer makes a point of meeting all new recruits on their first day and welcoming them to Breyer Group irrespective of whether they are school leavers, apprentices, senior management or TUPE transferees.
All staff receive a comprehensive Induction in our modern training facilities at our Romford Head Office. This ensures that all staff receive the standard level in Health and Safety, Environmental awareness and a broad overview of our company policies, procedures and expectations. We also emphasise the support that is available to assist staff in becoming effective and successful in their chosen roles.
Additionally, our line managers, familiarise each new starter with their environment and job role, agreeing short term objectives and identifying any short/long term training needs to assimilate them into the business and form the initial link into their individual Personal Development Plans (PDPs).
