APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMME
We have developed a unique 360 Degree Apprenticeship Training Programme. This has been designed to offer our Apprentices a more holistic approach, which offers support and guidance from the initial recruitment stages, through to training and employment.
We also offer advice and employment opportunities to post Apprenticeship graduates and business start up mentoring.
Each Apprentice undertakes a needs analysis prior to commencing their Apprenticeship. This is designed to highlight and resolve any academic gaps, which may hinder their progress.
We offer employment within our various Breyer Group divisions and our subcontractor partners. Each Apprentice receives an individual career plan to structure their career path in conjunction with studying for trade related NVQ’s up to Level 3, complemented with on-site work experience.
