The CDQPM system combines proven techniques of quality, management, continuous improvement and performance management through the effective application of technology, measurement and human resources.
CDQPM is our methodology; a structured set of tools and techniques for customer-driven design, organisation and delivery. In other words, it is a business system to analyse, plan, implement and evaluate a project or programme to ensure customer satisfaction by putting quality at the heart of everything we do.
