We have an impressive track record of working with Local Authorities and RSL’s in partnering and framework agreements. We have been involved in a large number of these initiatives that have delivered a workload in excess of £400 million. Projects have ranged from small street property refurbishment schemes through to comprehensive, multi-phase estate regeneration programmes.
Making a difference to local communities is a genuine priority for us. Our Community Development Team has extensive experience of encouraging resident involvement by organising community initiatives and promoting events, including Meet The Contractor Events, Fun Days and Careers Fairs.
