

We offer our responsive and maintenance service in conjunction with our partnership arrangements with Local Authorities, Housing Associations and RSL’s to deliver Responsive Maintenance and Reactive Voids Repairs, to both primarily occupied residential and public buildings.
We believe there is no such thing as a standard service. Each of our current projects benefits from a tailored service delivery suited to the bespoke requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) of each of our Clients. This is the approach that we take on all of our projects and one which we believe differentiates Breyer B-Line from other service providers.
Our B-line service has grown organically and has been developed exclusively in-house by Breyer Group in response to the expressed needs of our clients to provide an integrated approach to management of their stock, which incorporates the elements of both Voids and Responsive Repairs in addition to Planned and Cyclical works.
We have worked collaboratively with our existing Clients to develop a service delivery model to which we are able to apply the specific Visions, Aims and Objectives of each of our Clients to ensure that we tailor the service to suit our customers.
We consider that this capability to incorporate individual elements to our service delivery also differentiates us from other service providers who have structured and inflexible processes, which ultimately detract from the overall quality of their service.
